Refunds Terms
We offer a 30 days no questions asked refund policy. The 30 days starts from the day your product was delivered. If you are unsatisfied for any reason please contact us by filling out our contact us form under the contact us section of this website. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. We will respond within 48hrs with instructions and a return mailing address. Shipping fees associated with a return is the customer responsibility. USPS Media mail can be used to return the items.

Refund Process
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. Credit card payments can take up to an additional 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. This is due to the card issuers own processing times.

Damage
If the product is damaged in any way due to poor packaging during its return transit, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
